At Sanchvi Kids, we do not offer returns or cash refunds. However, we do accept exchanges or provide store credit for items that fall under our “Eligible Exchange Category.”

2. What falls under the “Eligible Exchange Category”?

  • Products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Made-to-measure pieces that do not match the provided measurements.
  • Standard-size products that don’t align with our official size chart.

Items ordered in the wrong size, changed due to preference, or showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange.

3. What is the process for requesting an exchange?

  1. Email sanchvidesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your Order ID and contact details.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Timelines:

  • Within India: Product must reach our warehouse within 7 days.
  • International Orders: Product must reach within 30 days.

4. Where should I send my package for exchange?

Once your exchange request is approved, please ship the product to the official return address provided by our team in your confirmation email.

5. What are the shipping and cost responsibilities?

  • All shipping costs (both to & fro) are borne by the customer.
  • Sanchvi Kids is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
  • A traceable tracking number and courier proof must be provided.
  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Do you provide store credit instead of an exchange?

Yes! Store credit is available under eligible conditions.

  • Issued via official email from sanchvidesign@gmail.com.
  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • Cannot be extended or reissued once expired.

7. Important Notes

  • The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  • All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved via email.
  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

9. International Orders — Return, Customs & Exchange Policy

For international customers:

  • Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Only exchanges apply — refunds are not available.
  • Contact sanchvidesign@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate exchange.
  • Item must reach our warehouse within 15 working days.
  • Store credit will be issued upon approval (excluding shipping/customs fees).

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Order Not Yet Processed: If your order hasn’t been processed, we may cancel and refund the full amount.
  • Refunds: Once production or processing begins, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

Prices may change due to promotions, sales, or seasonal offers. Once an order is placed and processed:

  • We cannot refund the price difference if the same item later goes on sale.
