Return and Refund Policy
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. All outfits are custom-made according to the specific measurements and preferences provided by the client. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items. We encourage clients to double-check all details before finalizing their orders.
Damage and Defect Policy
We take great care in ensuring the quality of each outfit. If you receive a damaged product, it's essential to record an unboxing video as proof. The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the package for us to review and address any concerns. Failure to provide this evidence within the stated time frame may result in the claim being invalid.

Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing high-quality products, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the product purchased. In case of any dispute regarding product quality or service, our liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, subject to the conditions outlined in our return and defect policy.
Shipping Policy
We offer basic shipping across India at a flat rate of ₹300. Standard delivery takes 14-21 days, plus an additional 6-7 working days for shipping. Express shipping is available based on product availability and your requested date.
Please note, if there are any delays caused by the courier company due to national holidays or unforeseen circumstances, our company will not be held responsible.
Color Difference Policy
We aim to represent our products accurately; however, a color difference of 19/20 may occur due to various factors such as monitor settings and lighting. If you have concerns about color accuracy, please contact our team or arrange a video call for clarification before finalizing your purchase.
How We Work
Once your order is placed on our website, our team will promptly get in touch with you. We will share a detailed sheet that includes standard or customized measurements, along with a swatch of the chosen color for your approval via WhatsApp. Once you approve the details, we will initiate the production process to ensure seamless delivery of your dress.
Customization Policy
We gladly undertake customized orders with 100% payment in advance based on client preferences and at their own risk. Please note that cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final product.
Sizing Policy
At Sanchvi Kids, we follow a standard size chart available on our website. However, we also offer the option for customized measurements. The pricing for customized orders will be calculated based on the length or chest measurement of the child, whichever is greater, to determine the appropriate age group.
